3. Products and Services

• Products and services are presented with detailed descriptions and prices in GBP (including VAT).
• We reserve the right to modify prices, stock, or descriptions at any time.
• Product images may differ slightly from the final product.

4. Orders

• Orders are placed via the website form.
• Once an order is placed, BlsModz will send an order confirmation email to acknowledge receipt.
• BLS MODZ may accept or refuse orders at its discretion.
• Clients must provide accurate and complete information.

5. Prices and Payment

• All prices include UK VAT unless otherwise stated.
• Accepted payment methods: credit card and PayPal.
• Payment must be received and cleared before the order is processed.
• BlsModz reserves the right to refuse payment in case of payment failure or suspected fraud.
• Unpaid or refused payments will result in order cancellation.

6. Delivery

• Delivery is via courier only.
• Estimated delivery times are provided at the time of order. If no specific date is provided, BLS MODZ will notify the customer about any delays.
• Delivery costs are displayed before completing the order.
• BlsModz is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or force majeure.
• BlsModz is not responsible for the handling, transport, or delivery of parcels once they leave our premises. Any issues during shipping, including loss, damage, or delays, are the responsibility of the courier and/or the customer.

7. Returns and Withdrawal

• Customers have the right to return products within 14 calendar days from receipt, according to EU law.
• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice.
• Returns are only accepted if the products were installed at the BlsModz workshop. If the products were not installed at our authorized workshop, the customer's right of return will be revoked.
• Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product, provided the above conditions are met.
• Custom-made products ordered by the client cannot be returned.

8. Warranty

• Products are covered by the legal warranty.
• Defects must be reported immediately to contact@blsmodz.com.
• Warranty does not cover damages caused by improper use or unauthorized modifications.

9. Personal Data Protection

BlsModz complies with GDPR and protects clients’ personal data. Data collected is used only to process orders and communicate regarding services. See our Privacy Policy for details.
