Warranty Policy – BlsModz

At BslModz, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with our products and services. Please read our warranty policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Warranty Coverage
- Customers have the right to get warranty of a product with the receipt of the product, in accordance with UK and EU consumer protection law.
- Products must be unused, with the original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice.
- Warranty is covered accepted and only if the products were installed at the BlsModz workshop. If the products were not installed at our authorized workshop, the customer's right of warranty will be revoked.
- The warranty period is 12 months from the date of purchase.
- To initiate a warranty claim, the customer must contact BlsModz via email at contact@blsmodz.com with details of the order and reason for warranty claim.
- Warranty is covered only if there is a clearly defined issue with the product from production.
- Warranty may differ depending on the product and its specific terms.
2. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product, provided the return conditions are met.
- Refunds will be made via the same payment method used to place the order.
- BlsModz reserves the right to refuse a refund if the return conditions are not met.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify BslModz immediately at contact@blsmodz.com.
- BlsModz will provide instructions for returning or replacing the item, if applicable.
- We are not responsible for issues caused by the courier; any claims regarding shipping must be handled in coordination with the courier and the customer.
